Directions

From M5 North:

• Leave Junction 30 on slip road for the A379.
• At roundabout, take the third exit onto the A379.

From M5 South:

• Leave Junction 30 on slip road for the A379.
• At roundabout, take the first exit onto the A379.
• Keep left to stay on A379.
• Following signs to Marsh Barton, take slip road left onto Rydon Lane.
• At roundabout, take second exit for A379.
• At next roundabout, take the second exit.
• At roundabout, take fourth exit onto Matford Lane (B3123).
• At roundabout, take first exit onto Matford Park Road.
• Take right-hand turning into Lustleigh Close.
